RETURN AND EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

 

You can exchange your purchased product for the same or a different product or size, provided it is unused and still resalable. The exchange period is 3 business days from the date you receive the product.

You can contact our support department to provide information about your exchange and return your product with the invoice via the shipping company. Once we receive your request, we will review it and send you a notification. The shipping fee for exchanges is paid by the buyer. Cash-on-delivery shipments are not accepted.

 

We do not offer RETURN or EXCHANGE policies for international orders due to shipping and customs costs. Please take this into consideration when placing your order.

 

Returns and cancellations cannot be made for packages that have been shipped out.
