DELIVERY & CONDITIONS
Your orders will be shipped within 24 hours after payment is completed. This period may be longer for specially designed products. You can find detailed information in the product description.
Delivery times and conditions may vary in extraordinary circumstances such as strikes, lockouts, natural disasters, riots, civil commotions, nuclear risks and dangers, war, invasion, revolution, civil war, sabotage, earthquake, and fire, as well as in cases caused by the recipient (not being at the address, no one being authorized to receive the delivery, the recipient having moved from the address, etc.) .
You can collect your order from the courier by presenting a photo ID and signature.
The Buyer will inspect the Product before receiving it; any damaged, defective, or missing Product/Service will not be accepted. The Product/Service received will be deemed undamaged and intact. It is your responsibility to protect the Product carefully after delivery.
When your order is delivered, you must open your package and inspect the product, accompanied by the courier representative. This is especially important for crushed, torn, opened, or wet packages. If you encounter a defective product in the unlikely event that you do not accept the package, have the courier representative file a report, and have the courier company return it to us. If
you are not at the address you provided at the time of delivery, your order will be delivered to the person present at the address after their photo ID is checked and their signature is obtained.
If no one is present at the address at the time of delivery, the courier representative will leave you a notification note with the courier company's phone number. The address where the notification is left will not be visited again; in this case, the customer must collect the package from the branch.
